Shipping policy

Free shipping is available for orders over $70 (CAD) worldwide!  Due to higher shipping costs when shipping outside of North America, we recommend combining orders with a friend to hit the free shipping amount.  We do our best to provide accurate shipping quotes through our online store, but international postage is hard to calculate.  If you are overcharged for shipping, we will automatically refund the difference to you when your item is shipped.

Please double check your shipping address carefully. We are unable to refund or replace orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address being entered.

Please note that we cannot predict any fees you may get on your end (such as import duties, taxes and other fees) when shipping into your country and these fees are the responsibility of the receiving party.  We cannot mark international orders as gifts and we are required to report accurate prices on customs declarations forms.

All orders will ship within two weeks of being received  

Our items are shipped in plain mailers (or cardboard boxes for larger orders/items). If you need discreet shipping, let us know in the order comments and we will put a plain address instead of "Flappy Happy" as the return address.

Fragile items (like squishy balls) are being packed with packing material to protect them during shipping. In an attempt to be environmentally conscious, we are reusing packing material from shipments we've received from our own personal online shopping. As such, you may receive your order with any of a variety of packing material types (unfortunately including non-recyclable plastic bubble packaging). Please know that we are not buying any plastic packing material to ship your order in, and are only reusing plastic that other online stores have sent us (instead of throwing it away in our trash).
