Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Unless the return is due to our mistake, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or defective, please send picture and/or video evidence. We trust our wonderful customers, but we need proof in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, mystery boxes, or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please double check your shipping address carefully. We are unable to refund or replace orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address being entered. If you still want your order, you will be required to pay for shipping again. If you don't, we will only refund the item portion of the order and not the shipping due to the cost of shipping we paid to send the order.
